Returns: Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items must be unused and returned with their original packaging where applicable.

Damaged or incorrect items: Please email us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider.

Change of mind: Returns for reasons other than damage, defects, or incorrect products are subject to our applicable return terms and Indian consumer law.

Cancellations: Contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order. Orders already dispatched may not be cancellable.
